Unframed Limited accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Payme, Tap & Go, Boc pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and FPS.
Payments on Unframed Limited’s website can be made via specified credit cards, debit cards, or other designated electronic methods as specified by the Company. All product prices listed are in HKD.
Any additional delivery charges will be listed separately for your confirmation before payment. The acceptance of orders is at Unframed Limited’s discretion. Supply
Supply basis: Unframed Limited supplies products to end-users only. The Company does not sell its products for resale purposes. If Unframed Limited has reason to believe that you are not purchasing products as an end-user, the Company reserves the right to reject or cancel your order.
Force majeure: Unframed Limited is not liable for any delays or failures to fulfill its obligations due to acts of God, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or other causes beyond its control.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, PRC, and Unframed Limited agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Tracking Information

Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost, we will verify with the carrier, and upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement.
- Delayed Shipments: While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, holidays). We do not offer compensation for delayed shipments.
Returns and Exchanges

Order Notification
Unframed Limited’s e-store only accepts orders for delivery to a specified billing address in Hong Kong or collection at a designated physical store in Hong Kong.
Placing an order signifies your agreement to purchase products or services according to the terms and conditions listed here. After placing an order, it does not mean your order has been accepted. Unframed Limited will need time to process your order. The Company reserves the right to reject any purchase order without giving a reason. If Unframed Limited cannot accept your order (e.g., due to payment issues), you will be notified via phone/WhatsApp/message or email.
If Unframed Limited accepts your order, you will receive confirmation and be informed of the delivery date and time or when the goods are available for collection from a designated physical store.
In-Store Pickup Service
If the goods you ordered are available for pickup at a physical store, you will be notified by phone/WhatsApp/message or email. When collecting goods from a physical store, you or your authorized representative will be asked to present your phone number/WhatsApp/message or email confirmation for identity verification.
Unframed Limited may request additional information to verify your identity (e.g., your full name or other personal details). If Unframed Limited believes the collector is neither you nor your authorized representative, it reserves the right to refuse to hand over the goods to protect your interests. If your chosen store is closed due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, you may collect the goods on the next working day from the same store.
Exchange and Refund
Once an order is confirmed and successfully paid for, all goods ordered are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in special circumstances that will be handled at Unframed Limited’s discretion. Unless otherwise stated on this page of terms and conditions, Unframed Limited does not accept any form of refund or return after the goods have been delivered.
